What we collect

Quote form: name, email, optional phone, artwork files and order specifications. Contact form: name, email and message. Cookie preferences: strictly necessary and, only with consent, analytics cookies.

Why and for how long

We process enquiry data to prepare quotes, produce your order and handle after-sales queries — contract and legitimate-interest bases under UK GDPR. Enquiry data is retained for 24 months after your last order; artwork files are kept on file to support reorders and can be deleted on request at any time.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
