Faults
Report a genuine production fault with photographs within 14 days of delivery. We replace the batch or refund it — your choice — and log the cause against the job ticket so it is fixed at source.
What isn't a fault
Minor thread shading between production batches, and deviations you approved on the signed proof, are not faults. Custom-made goods are otherwise exempt from change-of-mind returns under UK consumer law.
