Patch type
Personalised PVC & Rubber Patches
Moulded, not stitched. PVC patches shrug off mud, rain and drag — the go-to for morale patches, call-sign plates and kit that lives outdoors.

Built for the field
Airsoft loadouts, tactical kit, motorcycle panniers, kayak decks — PVC is the construction that doesn't care about weather. Colours are mixed into the compound, so nothing prints off, and the rubber flexes without cracking.
PVC is a moulded product: every design needs a mould, and its one-off cost is spread across the run — which is why PVC unit prices fall so steeply as quantities rise. Fine text below about 3mm blurs in rubber, and the look is deliberately industrial: PVC is wrong for heritage crests, where embroidery carries the authority.
2D vs 3D
| Style | Look | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 2D flat | Single-plane relief, crisp graphic feel | Logos, call-signs, simple icons |
| 3D sculpted | Up to 5 depth levels, dramatic shadows | Morale patches, mascots, emblems |
Common questions
Every design needs a custom mould, and its one-off cost is amortised across the run. At our 10-piece minimum the mould cost is visible in the unit price; by 100+ pieces it has virtually disappeared — PVC rewards bulk ordering more than any other construction.
They survive washing easily — but there's rarely a need. Wipe clean is usually enough; the material is waterproof by nature.
