Patch type
Personalised Woven Patches
Where embroidery is sculptural, woven is precise. Threads are woven into the fabric rather than stitched on top, producing a flat, smooth surface that holds detail embroidery simply can't.

When woven beats embroidery
Small logos, dense lettering, intricate line-work, barcode-style marks, brand labels and name tapes. If your design would lose detail under a needle, the loom keeps it sharp — the weave resolves roughly twice the resolution of stitch.
- Flat profile sits flush on caps, sleeves and collars — no raised texture.
- Lower unit cost than embroidery at most quantities.
- Less textured 'craft' feel — choose embroidery if you want the raised look.

Common questions
No — the tight weave is hard-wearing and washes to 60°C on sew-on backing. The difference is aesthetic (flat vs raised), not longevity.
Yes. Laser-cut borders produce complex outlines with sealed edges; rectangular and oval shapes can also carry stitched edges.
