Quality
Four named checks, logged per batch
Quality control here isn't a final glance before boxing. It's six checks with pass criteria, run batch by batch, and a written fault policy when we miss.
Stitch density
Coverage measured against the signed proof. Too sparse shows twill; too dense stiffens the patch. Both are rejects.
Colour match
Threads checked against your Pantone references under daylight-balanced light, photographed and logged to the job ticket.
Border integrity
Merrowed overlock even and closed; laser-cut edges sealed with no fraying starts. The edge is tested, not glanced at.
Backing adhesion
Heat-seal layers peel-tested on sample fabric; hook & loop cycled against loop panel; adhesive tack verified on steel.
Dimensional tolerance
±1.5mm against spec, measured cold. Shapes true, borders square, lettering centred where the proof says it sits.
First-article gate
Nothing batches before the first patch off the line matches your signed proof. The gate is a person, not a statistic.
When we miss — and we own it
A production fault means replacement or refund, your choice, with the faulty batch photographed and logged so the cause is fixed — see returns & replacements.
